We would just like to update our valued customers and colleagues on how we are proceeeding during the coronavirus outbreak.

For the forseeable future we will continue to honour all of our appointments, especially for the most vunerable. However, as per current government advice, we will be following strict hygiene and social distancing processes.

All of our engineers will be consciously washing hands and keeping equipment and surfaces as clean and disinfected as possible. We also ask that our customers clean as much as possible before our arrival and keep a distance while we work.

If anyone with an appointment experiences symptoms of the virus, we request that you get in touch immediately and we can discuss how to proceed. If your boiler installation is not urgent we will be happy to reschedule at a later date when the situation calms. But if you are struggling and the job is vital then we will still proceed with the above measures in place.

If the situation changes further we will update you here and we will contact customers who may be affected directly.
